This was my first time visiting this establishment, after visiting and then misled by a Hyundai worker at Napleton regarding a paint recall for my car in mid-April. I was informed that I may qualify for a pre-approval from Hyundai's corporate office being that my car is a 2015. I then rescheduled an appointment in Schaumberg at Patrick Collision where Gary Mitchell took photos of my vehicle to determine if I will get pre-approval for the peeling paint. An email, including pictures of my vehicle and a few individuals I assume are Hyundai Corporate Office workers, was sent on 4/30/2026, the same day I visited Patrick Collision. I responded to this email, "Hello, I'm the owner of the 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport. I want this to be on record that I have attempted to get my paint recall performed within the past year at several Hyundai dealerships, and this is the first one that actually accepted my appointment. I was misled to believe that I was already approved for this recall at the Hyundai Napleton location on April 18th, 2026. The absolute best Body Repair & Paint shop in the entire Chicagoland area. This visit was to “touch up” a few spots on my 1972 Pontiac GTO, which Frank originally painted over 10 years ago. He still had the original formula for a perfect match - and one of his last jobs before his 5/31/26 retirement! But the rest of the crew and staff are highly talented and provide great service for my BMWs - a special shout out to Luis, Paulette, and Anna (and the retired Frank). Consistently excellent work & great pricing!

Terrible job repairing my vehicle. For as expensive as the repair was, I expected a professional job. It was far from it. My Range Rover was treated like a junk car, in my opinion. If your insurance doesn't agree to pay their ridiculous prices and they negotiate a price and agree to it don't expect a professional repair. They might as well use duct tape to fix your vehicle. It won't be put together to factory standards.

We had body work performed on our 2020 Range Rover by Patrick Collision in Schaumburg. The work quality was terrific and being a Certified Range Rover Collision Repair organization, they were able to obtain the OEM parts other shops could not. Anna kept me informed on progress and worked with my insurer directly. The work was performed on time which is challenging given the availability of some foreign parts. Great job!!
